Information about our customers
- Waitlist: your email and anything you choose to tell us (name, role, license type, cities, price preference, notes). We use it to tell you about launch and to decide which cities to add next.
- Accounts: name, email, hashed password, plan, your shortlist and notes, and a log of sign-ins and exports.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Email: sent through Resend.
We don’t sell customer information or share it with anyone except the service providers above.
Information in the Service
The Service contains public records: city zoning, school and child care center locations, state license records for businesses, and county property records, including owner names and mailing addresses. If you believe a record is wrong, email hello@mncannabisatlas.com and we’ll check it against the official source.

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers.
